    1. Wow I wonder the chef is the owner of the business too. He literally does every cooking especially from preparation. He even takes orders this is incredible!!

    2. This was incredible to see. I would love to experience this kind of food some day. Thank you so much. (Also thanks to the YouTube algorithm for putting this in front of me for some reason)

    3. 最近 近くに引っ越してきたと言うお客様、初めて来店してみて 越してきて良かった😊と思いそう😊

    4. You can tell the guy is very passionate and dedicated in cooking. His hands tells it all – he has so many scars on his forearm too🥺

    5. Holyshit, Open 5pm-4am. Excluding all those preparations & Cleaning after Closing. Really Crazy for work but sadly all their living expenses are really expensive. Just looking at their menu price make me choke. A similar clam they use cost less than a dollar here per pound

    6. After watching hell's kitchen, I can never look at a kitchen preparationt the same way again 😅 My god, I never knew how stressful restaurants can be behind the scenes…

    7. Dedicated chef. Yummy food. But the amount of water used to get the noodles ready for one bowl of soup is wasteful to me. It’s in all restaurants, I guess.

    8. I've been watching the Netflix show Midnight Diner and the owner in the show puts one of those banners outside his diner aswell like at the start of this video I've always wondered what those are and why people put then in front of the shop.

    9. After watching this, I went to the shop during my recent Osaka trip. To my disappointment, the chef knowing that I don’t speak Japanese, rejected me upfront. It was embarrassing. I stepped out of the restaurant and went back in again to ask in broken Japanese. The other guy came to me and said I have to wait one hour as they have reservations.

    10. Can all vidoegraphers please film things so that we can see them. NOT cleverly film them so that can almost see them, but not quite. I would really like to see this.

    11. I enjoy your videos; however, like user ivy w mentioned below, please mention whether these restaurants have English menus or accept foreign guests. I almost put this restaurant on my list for Osaka trip in 2 weeks. Now I will not set foot there and will tell friends not to visit either.

    12. Can someone please tell me what the actual name of this restaurant is? The Instagram link does no work on my desktop and if the name is listed anywhere I just don't see it. Thank you. Would also like to know the hours!
