Homemade Corn Salsa|Maize Salad|Simply Corn Salad|Low-calorie|weight management|#food

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh corn kernels
(cooked and stripped two cobs of corn)
1-small red onion, finely chopped
1-red bell pepper/sweet red pepper,diced
1-jalapeño pepper/Serrano,seeded and finely chopped
1-large tomato, diced
1 cup-Cucumber cubes(optional)
1/4-cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1-lime-juice
1 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Corn salad is low-calorie (only 16 calories per 100g), perfect for weight management

Serve this corn salsa as a tasty appetizer with nacho chips
Or, serve it as a side dish or salad with just about any meal
And, if for some reason you end up with leftovers, mix it with rice and black beans and you have lunch for the next day. Yum!
