Bruschetta Appetizer – Quick and Easy

Bruschetta appetizer

1 large Italian bread sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
1 medium Red Onion diced
3 garlic cloves chopped
6 Roman tomatoes diced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt (add more if you want)
1/2 tsp pepper

Slice your Italian bread add Olive oil, salt pepper paprika on top of each side. Then add the bread to the oven at 425° for about 4 minutes per side. Once done remove and set aside. For the bruschetta chop everything up add it all to a bowl mix it up. Cover it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
