    CHICKEN PICCATA
    THIN CUT CHICKEN CUTLETS
    CAYE;NNE PEPPER
    S/P
    MRS DASH
    GARLIC POWDER
    FLOUR
    CAPERS
    2 TBLSP OLIVE OIL
    1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
    1/2 CUP WATER
    3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
    HEAT OLIVE OIL AND 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER IN LARGE SAUTE PAN. SEASON CHICKEN WELL WITH S/P GARIC POWDER MRS DASH AND CAYENNE PEPPER. DREDGE WELL IN FLOUR AND SHAKE OF EXCESS. BROWN CHICKEN IN PAN 5-6 MINUTES EACH SIDE. REMOVE TO PLATE. ADD WINE AND DEGALZE PAN, ADD LEMON JUICE. ADD CAPERS TABLESPOON CAPERS AND SQUISH TO RELEASE BRINE. ADD BUTTER AND COOK UNTIL THICKENED. ADD WATER AND BRING TO BOIL. ADD CHICKEN BACK TO PAN AND SIMMER TO HEAT THROUGH. ADD CHOPPED PARSLEY AND SERVE.

    3LBS GROUNG TURKEY
    28OZ CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
    TO TASTE ADD
    KETCUP
    BBQ SAUCE
    WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    HOT SAUCE
    MINCED ONION
    S/P
    MRS DASH
    GARLIC POWDER
    BROWN SUGAR
    1 LARGE CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
    IN A LARGE SAUTE PAN BROWN GROUND MEAT. WHEN ABOUT HALF WAY COOKED ADD GREEN PEPPER AND COOK UNTIL MEAT IS DONE AND PEPPERS ARE SOFT. ADD CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO TASTE. BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. SERVE ON ROLLS OR OVER RICE.

    VEGGIE TACO SOUP
    1 LB GROUND SWET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
    2 SMALL CHOPPED ZUCHINNI
    1 CHOPPED RED PEPPER
    1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
    3-4 SLICED MUSHROOMS
    1 SMALL CHOPPED ONION
    1 CONTAINER FRESH SALSA
    12OZ FROZEN CORN
    CAN OF BEEF BROTH
    SMALL CAN TOMATOS SAUCE
    CAN OF BLACK BEENS
    CAN OF ROTEL TOMATOES
    HOT SAUCE
    1 PACKAGE TACO SEASONING
    SEASON TO TASTE
    BROWN SAUSAGE IN LARGE PAN OR STOCK POT. ADD VEGGIES AND COOK UNTIL SOFT AND MEAT IS COOKED THROUGH. TRANSFER TO STOCK POT AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL AND COOK FOR 20 -30 MINUTES. SERVE WITH TOPPINGS OF CHEESE SOUR CREAM GUAC AND TORTILLA CHIPS.

    2. I can only imagine the aroma in your kitchen! Always fun to watch your cooking process. I know you have many recipes handed down from family but maybe a video of your favorite recipe books or trusted resources would be fun to share. I always look forward to videos!!

    6. Hell!! I am seeing this three days later. How did you do with the second vaccine??? Which one did you get? I was out for about a day with fever chills, and a headache. I got the Moderna one. The meals look fantastic Ill be trying them all!!

    8. I see you have the River Road Recipe book. I just completed my collection of the three recipe books for River Road Recipes. My family lives in New Orleans so on several of my trips I purchased them a little at a time. I remember seeing the one you have in your kitchen that I also have it. I find it funny in the section when the men explain their recipes, they sure do have a way with instructions. I hope you enjoy it. And yes I lived there for about 21 years there.
