    1 tunna can
    1 spicy sausage meat (chorizo)
    White rice
    Mayo
    Sriracha
    Green onion
    1 egg
    Flour
    Bread crumbs
    Frying oil
    Fresh parsley
    Sour cream
    Pickles

    Ingredients
    2 cans of tuna
    1 cup olives
    1 cup rice
    2-3 pieces rye bread
    Olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    Half avocado
    Sour cream
    Capers
    Lemon or lime juice
    Black pepper, Salt
    HOW TO MAKE IT:
    For today’s dish, first we need 1 cup of washed rice.
    Add 2 cups of water.
    And let it boil on medium heat for 15 min.
    We need 2 cans of tuna.
    Mine is salty tuna, please check yours too.
    Add tuna to the blender.
    Also add a handful of green olives.
    Add 2-3 pieces of rye bread.
    Bread will be instead of flour, so it will help to connect our ingredients.
    Add around 1 tbsp of olive oil.
    Grate parmesan cheese.
    And also add to the blender 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
    Mix it till everything connects.
    Now add 1-2 tbsp of cooked rice.
    Mix again.
    Add oil on your hands so it’s easier to form cutlets.
    Form cotlets in the shape you want.
    Fry on medium heat with adding oil.
    Fry on both sides till golden crust.
    I decided to make egg pashot from tik tok on a pan.

    Separate egg whites and yolks.
    Don’t forget to turn over cutlets.
    Put oil in the pan.
    Now add egg white.
    Add yolk to egg white.
    Didn’t succeed, I guess. 😀
    Let’s try again.
    Maybe this time is a little better.
    Now we need half of an avocado.
    Smash avocado.
    Add 1 tbsp of sour cream or yogurt.
    Mix it well.
    Cut some cilantro.
    And you can add capers if you like them.
    Also add lemon or lime juice.
    Mix it well.
    Now put our avocado puree on the bottom of your plate.
    Put tuna cutler on top.
    And our tik tok egg pashot. 🙂
    I sprinkle it with some black pepper.
    Mmm look the egg is runny!
