Simmered Ginger Recipe | About 10 servings.

(1). Peel the ginger.
600g Ginger

(2). Slice ginger.
No fibers when sliced vertically.

(3). Boil sliced ginger for 4 minutes.

(4). Ginger in a colander.

(5). Return the ginger to the pan and light it over high heat.

(6). Add seasoning.
400g Sugar
180g Dark soy sauce

(7). When it boils, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

(8). Add 20g Sweet sake.
Gloss effect.

(9). Completed after cooling for a while in the pot.

新生姜のべっこう煮の作り方  約10食分

(1). 生姜の皮を剥く 600g 新生姜
(2). 生姜をスライスする 
※縦にスライスすると繊維がでない
(3). スライスした生姜を4分間茹でる
(4). 生姜をざるにあける
(5). 生姜を鍋に戻し強火で火をつける
(6). 調味料を入れる
400g 砂糖
180g 濃口醤油
(7). ひと煮立ちしたら中火にし15分間煮る
(8). 20gみりんを入れる
※艶出し効果
(9). しばらく鍋止めして冷ましたら完成
