【材料】
あさり 適量
酒 適量

【手順】
00:00 あさりのむき身
00:10 あさりは砂抜きしておきます
00:21 鍋にあさり、浸かる程度の酒を入れて火にかけます
00:56 沸騰したら、弱火にして蓋をします
01:09 1分ほどしたら、蓋を取り、ざるにあけます
