●たっぷり野菜の餃子(50個分)
  餃子の皮:50枚
  キャベツ:300g
  ニラ:1/4束(30g)
  玉ねぎ:100g
  白ネギ:80g
  にんにく:2片
  生姜:15g
  豚ひき肉:200g
  醤油:大さじ1
  みりん:大さじ1
  紹興酒:大さじ1
  ごま油:大さじ1
  一味唐辛子:小さじ1

●酢醤油だれ
  酢:大さじ3
  醤油:大さじ2
  みりん:小さじ2
  ラー油:適量

  2. Now I want some, yum! Greetings from North Carolina! I have a question if you or anyone could answer. I plan on visiting Japan this September and I do not eat pork (I already know! lol excludes too much delicious and amazing Japanese food from my diet when I do go) Is there a name to or style of gyoza that is non-pork? I usually get shrimp gyoza at my local Japanese restaurant… Just wondering if there is a style/ name to any non-pork gyozas there in Japan.
