12 hours every day, that is so hard and cruel. I love the dedication of the owner, but I find thats it too much for him. I have a huge respect for Japanese culture, the respect, the wonderful food, the love for detail, especially in small shops like this. But why destroy yourself like this man is doing, for no money ? Who will thank you later, when your life is destroyed ?

おでんもとても美味しいですし、この素朴なラーメンがとにかく美味いんですよね、、、風邪を引いてる時に食べたいぐらいの優しい味です。自信をもってお薦めします。
