The way they put the fluffy omelet on top of the ketchup rice is truly artisanal!
The omelet was voluminous and had a strong buttery flavor, and went perfectly with the ketchup rice!
This is a cafeteria for employees working in the Shintencho shopping district, but it is also open to the general public!
The omelet rice (with salad and soup) was 680 yen! They also offer a variety of other dishes, so I’d like to go again!
