【えのきナムル】えのきと昆布のシンプルナムル/Namul of Enoki Mushrooms./低糖質/staub
Hello! This is Misuzu. Today I would like to introduce a simple namul made from enoki mushrooms and kelp. You can make it just by boiling it in a pot. It’s a light dish. Click here for materials. If you like, you can add grated garlic and chopped pepper to it.
Let’s explain how to make it. First, let’s cut the enoki mushrooms. We use 400g of enoki mushrooms. Cut off the brown hard part at the base. Cut in half the length. Loosen and put in a pan. Use a thick pot. This is 18 cm in a staub pot. Let’s add enoki mushrooms.
I like the texture of the roots, so I keep them stuck in places. Add kelp. Instead of kelp, you can use granule dashi stock or chicken soup stock. If you have kelp, please add it. Cut with a kitchen scissors. Add 30 ml of sake and 2.5 ml of salt.
Put the lid on and put it on the fire. Be careful not to run out of water on the way as it is low in water. Cover and put on low heat. When the inside of the pot is warm, reduce the heat to very low. About 3 minutes
Until you hear a fluffy sound. It is also a guide that the handle of the pot lid gets hot. Boil for 3 minutes on very low heat. The whole is moist like this. Let’s mix. Once mixed, add 7.5 ml of soy sauce and 15 ml of sesame oil. Mix.
If the taste isn’t enough, add salt or soy sauce. Finally, add white sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. Leave it for 10 minutes with the lid on and let it steam. Serve in a bowl. When storing, let it cool completely, put it in a storage bottle, and store it in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle small pieces of white sesame and fine green onions. That’s it. Thank you for watching until the end. This dish is recommended when you want to eat plenty of mushrooms.
