Hi,I’m from Hong Kong,I found some difference from your note and video. 1.the fish with one skin side needs to fried for 1:30mins,but your note said that it needs 2mins. 2.Next side of side also same different,in video said it needs 2:30mins,but your note said it needs 4mins.Which one should I follow?Thank you
