Today I would like to make pizza toast.
This time I will make a coffee shop style pizza toast that is very satisfying.
The pizza toast I will make this time will have an egg filling sandwiched inside for a hearty finish.
The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make.

Easy recipes at home
Let’s begin with the ingredients for pizza toast.
Here are the ingredients.
Bread, green pepper, onion, mini tomatoes, bacon, melted cheese, pizza sauce, salted butter, and these ingredients are used to make the pizza portion.
First of all, it’s bread, but we’ll use 6 slices of mountain bread.
Can also use regular square loaves of bread here.
As for thickness, use whatever you prefer.
And also for the ingredients, we’re going to put green peppers, onions, small tomatoes, and bacon on top, but you can make this one with whatever you like.
And the butter, you’re going to spread it on the bread, so make sure it’s soft.
Now let’s move on to the ingredients for the egg filling for the inside of the sandwich.
Here are the ingredients.
Eggs, mayonnaise, miso, sugar, salt and pepper, mustard, and egg filling are made with these ingredients.
First of all, the size of the eggs can be either M or L size.
And the key to this seasoning is miso and sugar.
These two add richness to the filling and make it very tasty.
So let’s get started and make it with these ingredients.

Now let’s make it.
First of all, I will make boiled eggs.
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil.
Water comes to a boil.
Then the heat is reduced a little.
Then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, which is not included in the quantity.
If you add salt in this way, when the eggshell cracks and the white pops out, it will harden immediately.
So always boil eggs with salt.
Then you gently put these eggs in.
Here is the egg right out of the refrigerator.
The temperature drops a little bit when I put the eggs in, but I’m going to boil them for 10 minutes, keeping the temperature at this level.
Boil the eggs while adjusting the heat level.
It has now been 10 minutes.
Then I turn off the heat and remove the eggs.
As soon as you take them out, cool them in ice water like this.
This will make it easier to shell.
Now let the eggs cool for about 10 minutes at this point.
Next, while the eggs are cooling, I would like to cut the ingredients.
First up are the bell peppers.
First of all, cut off the hefty part of the bell pepper.
Then remove the seeds.
Once removed, the peppers are cut into thin slices.
As for the amount of these peppers, you can add as you wish.
Next, onions.
Onions are sliced thinly.
OK.
Adjust the amount of onions to your liking.
Next, small tomatoes.
Cut in half.
Adjust the amount of these tomatoes to your liking.
Next is the bacon.
Cut the bacon roughly 1 cm wide.
Then let it fall apart.
Can also add this amount of bacon to your liking.
This is the bacon.
Now that the eggs are cold, I want to shell and cut them.
First, I’m going to crack the buttocks and flip one flop.
Then hook your thumb over this flipped up area and peel it off like you are patting an egg.
Then you can peel smoothly like this.
The shells will not peel cleanly unless they are immediately cooled in cold water, so be sure to cool them in ice water immediately after boiling.
Then I will cut this one in half first.
Have ho.
And put the yolk part in the bowl first.
Then cut the whites into the appropriate size.
If you want to keep a little bit of texture, I suggest you cut it into pieces.
Eggs are ok with this.
Next, we will make the egg filling.
First of all, mash the egg yolks from earlier.
Then, after mashing the egg yolk, add sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, miso paste, and mustard.
Let’s mix this once first.
Mix properly so that miso paste does not clump.
I put mustard in this time, but if children eat it, you can leave it out.
And when it’s mixed, add mayonnaise.
And let’s mix.
OK.
Mix them like this.
Then add the whites here.
And let’s mix it.
The egg filling is now ready.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Easy recipes at home
Now let’s continue with the egg filling sandwiches.
First of all, here is the butter.
Apply it on the inside.
If you apply the oil in this way, the moisture from the ingredients will not soak into the bread.
Please apply it like this.
Then put the egg filling on one side of the bread.
Put it on so that the overall thickness is even.
Spread over the entire surface like this.
Then cover it with this buttered side inside.
Let’s press it down a little bit.
Sand it like this.
Then spread the pizza sauce on it.
Can also use ketchup here.
Paint all over like this.
Then put half of the melted cheese on top.
Then, put the rest of the ingredients on top.
First is onions.
Then bacon is put on top.
Instead of bacon, sausage would be delicious.
It’s a small tomato, but it was a little big, so I cut it into quarters.
This one should be adjusted according to the size of the tomatoes.
Put this on.
And here are the peppers.
Finally, a lot of melted cheese on top again.
If the peppers have hidden a little bit, put them out on top.
Ok.
Top it up like this.
Then place this one on the toaster baking sheet.
Place aluminum foil over the toaster.
I’m using non-stick aluminum foil this time.
If you use regular aluminum foil, spread a thin layer of salad oil on the foil before placing the bread on it.
Then put it on.
Bake this one in the toaster until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Baked to a delicious looking brownie.
Bake like this until lightly browned.

Now pizza toast is ready.

First of all, the thickness of the bread, but here you can use any thickness of bread you like.
If it is too thick, it will be hard to eat, so I think 8 slices or 6 slices would be better.
And as for the ingredients, this time I added onions, green peppers, small tomatoes, and bacon.
As for the ingredients here, you can make it with whatever you like.
And here is the key to making boiled eggs.
When boiling eggs, first add salt to boiling water.
That way, if the egg cracks and the white pops out, the egg white will set right up.
So be sure to boil them with salt.
This time I boiled an L size boiled egg in boiling water for 10 minutes.
This is an egg right out of the refrigerator.
Boiling time here can be adjusted to your preference.
And be sure to cool them in ice water immediately after boiling.
If left to sit, the shells will be hard to peel.
And when making the egg filling, separate the boiled egg whites from the yolks and chop the whites to your liking.
If you chop the egg whites coarsely, you can enjoy the crunchiness of the egg whites.
And I add 7 Miso this time to this filling.
Adding a little bit of this miso makes it very flavorful.
This time I am using a combination miso with dashi.
I think the taste of this miso will vary depending on the miso, but you can add whatever you like.
I think the most basic miso I used this time is the combination miso with dashi stock.
And here’s the key to sandwiches.
Always butter the inside of the bread when making a sandwich.
Now you can sandwich the filling, spread pizza sauce on top of it and bake it with your favorite toppings.
