【男の自炊】#270 ズッキーニのツナ味噌チーズ焼き “Grilled Zucchini with Tuna, Miso and Cheese”

ズッキーニのツナ味噌チーズ焼きを作りました！
旬のズッキーニでオシャレな一品ができました。
なお、今回からカメラを変えてみました。

【材料】
・ズッキーニ：1本
・セロリ：1/2本
・ツナ缶：1缶
・味噌：大さじ1
・みりん：大さじ1
・砂糖：小さじ2
・シュレッドチーズ：40g
・黒胡椒：適量
・パセリ：適量

【作り方】
１．味噌、みりん、砂糖を合わせる。
２．ズッキーニの中身をスプーンでくり抜く。
３．ズッキーニの中身とセロリをみじん切りにする。
４．ツナ缶と３を炒め、１で味付けし、シュレッドチーズの半分を加える。
５．ズッキーニの器に４を盛り付け、残りのシュレッドチーズをかける。
６．オーブントースターで焼き、黒胡椒とパセリをかけてできあがり！

I made Grilled Zucchini with Tuna, Miso and Cheese!
I changed the camera this time.

[Ingredients]
-zucchini : 1
-celery : 1/2
-canned tuna : 1 can
-miso : 1 tbsp
-sweet sake : 1 tbsp
-sugar : 2 tsp
-shredded cheese : 40g
-black pepper : proper quantity
-parsley : proper quantity

[Recipe]
1.Combine the miso, sweet sake, and sugar.
2.Spoon out the zucchini.
3.Chop the zucchini contents and celery.
4.Fry the tuna and Step 3, season with Step 1, and add half of the shredded cheese.
5.Transfer Step 4 to a zucchini bowl and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
6.Grill it in a toaster oven, sprinkle with black pepper and parsley, and it’s done!
