    ■材料(1〜2人分)
    油揚げ:1枚
    生卵:2個
    昆布だし:200ml
    濃口醤油:小さじ1
    薄口醤油:小さじ2
    みりん:小さじ1

    ◆アイテム
    つまようじ:2本

    ●昆布だしの作り方
    昆布だしは、出汁昆布を200mlの水に浸し、冷蔵庫で約6時間保存すれば完成です。

    ★調理のポイント
    ・半分に切った油揚げを袋状に開き、割った卵を入れます。
    ・油揚げの袋の口を、爪楊枝で留めます。
    ・揚げ袋を鍋に投入し、中火で10分煮ます。
    ・食べる前に、揚げ袋の口からつまようじを外すのをお忘れなく!

    Ingredients (1-2 servings):
    – 1 fried tofu
    – 2 eggs
    – 200 ml kelp soup stock
    – 1 tsp dark soy sauce
    – 2 tsp light soy sauce
    – 1 tsp sweet sake

    Tools:
    – 2 toothpicks

    How to make kelp stock:
    Kelp soup stock is made by soaking kelp for stock in 200 ml of water and storing it in the refrigerator about 6 hours before cooking.

    Cooking Points:
    • Open the fried tofu cut in half like a bag and put the egg in it.
    • Fasten the mouth of the fried tofu bag with a toothpick.
    • Put the fried tofu bags in a pan and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
    • Don’t forget to remove the toothpicks from the fried tofu bags before eating.
