肉じゃがは本来、油で野菜、肉を炒めてから出汁を入れて調味料を入れていきます。煮込んで最後に盛り付けて完成です。
今回は簡単という事で順序を変えて具材が煮崩れないように作りました。メークイーンでもよかったのですが、食材も新じゃがを使用しています。
肉じゃがは和食ではありますが、日本料理の部類には入らないそうです（ナッツ調べ）もし違ってたら教えて下さい。
