    Yurika’s “TOFU and KIMUCHI soup”

    1/2 block Cotton TOFU (hard TOFU)
    3-1/2 oz Nappa cabbage KIMUCHI
    2 oz Pork back ribs (thinly sliced)
    3-1/2 oz Bean sprouts
    1/4 bunch NIRA leeks
    1 tbsp Sesame oil
    1-2/3 U.S.cups Water
    1 tsp Chicken stock soup powder
    2 tsp MISO
    1 tbsp SAKE
    1 tbsp Ground-up white sesame seeds
    NAGA-NEGI onion (cut needle-like shapes)

    豆腐とキムチのスープの作り方

    木綿豆腐 1/2丁
    白菜キムチ 100g
    豚バラ肉(薄切り) 60g
    豆もやし 100g
    ニラ 1/4束
    ごま油 大さじ1
    水 400cc
    鶏がらスープの素 小さじ1
    味噌 小さじ2
    酒 大さじ1
    白すり胡麻 大さじ1
    白ねぎ 適量
