A Week of Fresh Salad Bento|Sugar-Free Recipes|Healthy Meals

I recently started a gentle diet.
I prepared a week of salad bento and made meals using recipes without added sugar or flour.
Over the weekend, I also made tofu chocolate chunk cookies 🍪

I’m taking it slow and trying not to be too strict, while still enjoying my meals.
But it’s not as easy to lose weight as it used to be… haha

I’m aiming to lose 3 kg by summer 🍉

※I don’t add sugar myself, but some seasonings (such as gochujang or mentsuyu) may contain it.
Please take this as a gentle guideline.

I often use koji-based seasonings, but you can easily substitute them with regular seasonings
These are just rough guidelines

Koji Substitutions

* Amazake 2 tbsp → 1 tbsp sugar
* Shio koji 2 tsp → 1 tsp salt
* Onion koji 1 tbsp → bouillon (1–2 tsp)

  2. It’s really interesting to see how different dietary cultures are. Here in Germany, your measurements would put you at your ideal weight. A high-protein diet is also always recommended here 💪🏼

  4. I'm also on a diet 😅 I did very well in January and lost 10 lbs (4.5 kg) but since then I've been losing weigh much slower. But I'm still slowly going down so it's ok. I would like to lose another 5 lbs (2.25 kg). I eat healthy meals but my weakness is snacks.

  5. 25:09 😊In Korea, we eat Kongguksu in the summer, so it is fascinating to hear about a Tantan soup made from soy milk.
    In my experience, I found that I could easily lose weight if I limited my rice intake to 130 grams at meals. Good luck😊

    vakuenを買おうかずっと悩んでいたのですが、蓋を外してもタッパーのように重ならないんですね。一人暮らしで収納が広くないので、お迎えするには置き場を作った方がいいことが分かって良かったです🙏

  7. I'm also on a diet but for non weight related problems, I could only wish to be the same weight at the minute! I've lost weight too but thats not been the goal. Its motivating me to try harder to lose weight as well!
