定番のシュクシュカにイタリア風のひねりを加えた一品❤️

Here’s how you can make this at home ☺️

Ingredients:
•3 eggs
•2-3 tbsps mozzarella
•1/4th cup Basil
•1 Jalapeño – 1 for garnish
•1/4th cup Tomato paste
•2 Tomatoes diced
•Salt & Pepper TT
•1 tsp Oregano
•1 tsp Chilli flakes
•1/2 an Onion
•3 cloves Garlic
•1 tsp garlic granules

To serve with Sourdough Bread

Process:
– In a pan heat some oil and sauté the onions until they have colour
– Then add garlic and continue to sauté
– Season them with salt ,oregano,chilli flakes ,garlic powder
– Add in chopped jalapenos ,diced tomatoes and tomato paste and let it cook on low flame for 10mins
– After the tomatoes are completely cooked smash them and make small dents to add in the cheese
– On top of the cheese crack the eggs and cover the top of the pan and let it cook for 4-5 minutes until eggs are jammy
– Season it with black pepper,olive oil , chopped basil and jalapenos
– Serve it with some toasted bread and Enjoy!
