Lowcarb Strawberries Quinoa and Kale Salad, Meal prep in 10 minutes ( On Budget meal Prep)
As I am starting school, I am more into meal preparation. I will be sharing meal preparations for the week.
This salad is so satisfying as it has everything in it. And will make you full and energetic.
Ingredients used for this salad,
1 chopped Kale
4-5 chopped strawberries
2 chopped cucumbers pickles
1 chopped onion
Salad kit ( Taylor Farms Dill Pickle Chopped Salad Kit; celery seed, mustard seed, red bell pepper); cauliflower, radish, red cabbage, green cabbage, green leaf lettuce, kale; Dill Pickle Brioche Crouton-Crumble), didn’t use sauce or bread from the salad kit.
Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini( easily prepared from sesame seeds at home)
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper ( as desired)
