I made Anpan-man inari-sushi as our picnic lunch (Bento). Inari-sushi is a kind of sushi made of abura-age (deep-fried soybean curd) stuffed with rice.

先日外で食べるのにお稲荷さんのお弁当を作りました。自分で作ると甘さ控えめのお揚げでとってもおいしいですよ～是非おためしを。
計画では各人2個ずつ食べるはずだったのですが、まさかの私ゼロですよ！とうもろこしだけ食べて帰ってきました(T-T)
カレーパンマンの眉を忘れてますがスルーしてください・・・(*_*) ヤンキーか。
Ingredients;
3 abura-age (fried soybean curd)
200ml water
100ml sake (Japanese liquor)
30ml soy sauce
20g sugar
Sushi rice

Hanpen (a cake of ground fish combined with starch and steamed) (You can use cheese)
Imitation crab meat
Carrot
Nori (dried seaweed)
■材料
油揚げ 3枚
水 200cc
酒 100cc
しょうゆ 大さじ2
