this quick and easy creamy white bean dip without the cream was a hit At Last Supper Club I made this to lather over my handmade fatcha and roast capsicum it only contains calini beans lemon juice garlic parsy and a little bit of fresh thme leaves salt pepper and you pulse it in the food processor or mash it up in a plate with the back of a fork you can leave it with little chunks in there that’s how I like it or keep blitting it until it is nice and smooth I hope you give it a go because I rarely recreate a dish at any of my supper clubs some of the attendees were a little bit hesitant to try this at first but guess what they ended up mopping the plate I love converting people to dishes they thought they wouldn’t like and I hope to see you at a supper club I know that you guys would thoroughly enjoy the share style meals I create for you

It only contains cannelloni beans, lemon juice, garlic, parley, a little bit of fresh thyme leaves, salt and pepper pulsed in the food processor or mashed in a plate with a fork. You can leave it with little chunks in there or keep blitzing it until it is smooth. I hope you give it a go because I rarely re create a dish I make at supper club.
