【時短レシピ】超!有名ラーメン店主が教える簡単本格冷やしラーメン!

Here you go! Now! Delicious!! It’s good when you don’t have much appetite or feel weary for summer heat. You can make it easily and eat it instantly, which means this is a “really good item”. Come on in! Ramen. Tsukemen. Takechanmen. I’m here for you again. It’s so hot for Japanese summer. This “Hiyashi (cooled) Ramen” is really fitted for your hot summer. Your kids would also be happy eating this. You can’t come eat it in my restaurants, actually, as I don’t offer. Anyways. I’ll give you this special recipe. Today. Ingredients. 2g of Hon Dashi (noodle soup base). Three big spoonfuls of Syoyu. One small spoonful of sugar. Water, 100cc. 3g of Ajinomoto. This is “plain” Ajinomoto. But be careful. Ones sold in supermarkets for your family and ones for pros are different in composition. Ones that you can buy in a supermarket are “a little weaker (in taste)”. Then, about 3g. Ones for pros like us, about 2g. 2-3g, overall. Adjust, depending on your preference. As far as noodles go… you can buy these in Hanamasa, Supermarket (a chain mostly for meat). Ordinary Chinese noodles. Actually, you can buy in any supermarket. I’ll use these. Boil noodles first. “Massage”, as always. With your “love”, you know. Gently. And put. You really need to boil them with love. When they are in, don’t just start to twist. If you do so, they’ll be severed. And you won’t be able to “suck them well”. And their flavor won’t go through your nose (nostrils), either. When they are in, just mix “very gently”, if any. Please. While they are being boiled, I will “concoct” other ingredients. Syoyu in. Water in. Instant bouillon in. Sugar in. Lastly, Ajinomoto. It is a bit hard to melt it. Add a bit of heat to it. Just until it starts to melt. With just a bit of heat, it’ll instantly start to melt. This is enough. When it is melted more or less, I’m supposed to add ice here. But before that…, as noodles are done being boiled, I’ll “cool & wash” them. You can wash it to make them more solid with water. Wash gently, again. Then, they are left here for now. Then, that sauce I prepared… With just a bit of heat, or warmness, added… To that, you can add 200g of ice to cool them instantly. This much. And they’ll be just chilly. While twisting, you can see ice also being melted to cool them. A lot. Twister! Well. Leave them here. Meanwhile… Let me “slash” green onion. There are several green onions, which may or may not match Ramen, including how they should be cut. For this one, chopping finely would match. And this “cold stuff”… A little thick. This much. They’ve been melted, fairly well. Then, noodles come in first. Soup over them. “Looks” cool… Literally. Very cool, if not cold. Then, your green onion cut… To jump into their “center”. Complete! Go ahead! Now! Now!! Done and eat. Ready. Go! Time! Cool. Cold. Good for your steaming summer. Especially when you don’t have much appetite for summer heat. Good when you are bored with Somen. Can be made very easily. Let me give it a try. Yes! Delicious!! Delicious, indeed. When you are summer-weary without much appetite. You can make it instantly and start to eat. A really good item. Oh! Delicious!! Soup taken is very effective. With just green onion. You can buy, even in a nearby convenience store or supermarket, seasoned egg and Char Siu. With them in, it’ll be more “professional”. Just buy them and put, if you like. This Hiyashi Ramen… is actually one from Yamagata Prefecture. Local, but professional one. You can enjoy this at home. Especially when you are summer-weary. Hondashi 2g
Soy Source 3 tb spoon
1 tsp sugar
water 100g
Ajinomoto 3g
Appropriate amount of green onion
Ice cubes 200g

    超シンプルで簡単!そして味はサッパリのざるラーメンみたいですね♪
    美味しく出来ました。
    ちょっとサッパリしすぎたので途中に胡麻油を加えてみましたが、この基本系があればいろいろアレンジして夏バテでも飽きずに乗り越えられそうです♪

  3. んー全部はかって作ったんですがネギとかじゃなくてスープの後味に苦味?があります。麺と食べると苦味が増します。なんでだろう…
