[健康レシピ] バナナとホウレン草で朝飲むパワースムージー🍹

    Today, I will show you my smoothie’s recipe that I always make and drink every morning. As you know, I am currently living in Arizona in the U.S. which is one of the hottest areas in the summer in the world. Honestly, I like the dry and warm area so nothing is a problem to live, however, my hair and skin are still not so happy due to the dry and damages. So today, I will show you how I treat myself in the dry and heat place to live. All you need is banana, spinach, Spinaches in the US are quite big. Chea seed to satisfy my stomach. I usually use greek yogurt. Soy milk instead of milk because I like it. Hadakoi which is powder collagen and vitamin. I got it from Japan. First, I put the whole banana inside the blender and add about 20 spinaches. 2 spoons of greek yogurt and 1 spoon of chia seed. Pour soy milk till the blender full. Lastly, add Hadakoi. I usually charge my energy with my power smoothie in the morning. Paul showed up. He liked it! (He said “Thank you” in Japanese.) Try it out!
