MAPLE GINGER TOFU SPRING ROLLS (Vegan/Plant based)

these upgraded spring rolls will have you doing a happy dance all summer long with a classic peanut sauce and maple Ginger tofu I promise you’re going to love it thank me later

RECIPE 👇🍁🥑🫚🌯

MAPLE GINGER TOFU:
1 pack of firm tofu
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 tablespoons spoon of rice vinegar

Heat up a little oil in a pan, add tofu (cut in strips) to the pan until it’s browned, add the ginger and garlic, then add the soy sauce and rice vinegar. Lastly, add maple syrup to give that sweet crispy edge.

PEANUT SUACE:
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 small garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1/4-1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
I like to add siracha for some extra spice

Mix everything in a bowl, simple as that!
