When it boils down, add water and put it on the fire for about 20 minutes. I put the fire in for about 20 minutes, so I’m going to stop the fire. When the fish has cooled, remove it from the bones and loosen it. The broth is also packed with umami, so filter it with a colander and add it. Add broth and you’re done. Prepare the carrots. Peel off the skin and cut into appropriate sizes. This is the broth in which the other vegetables were boiled before. Put it in here and boil it. Heat the pressure cooker. Cover and heat at 2 atm pressure for about 15 minutes. Cook for about 15 minutes and open the lid as the pressure is released.
