Kirinoya, established in 1987 in Oshima, Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is a Fukuoka udon and soba restaurant that offers the triple threat of being cheap, fast, and delicious. 5:52 Staff arrive for work , preparing for the 10:00 a.m. opening. 98 seats in total (32 table seats, 60 tatami seats), 6 counter seats. We soaked kelp the day before (the kelp for the dashi soup, the bonito flakes, are all domestically produced and natural). The original light soy sauce dashi soup is ready , exclusive to Kirinoya .
