We’re making an easy sausage and pepper sub sandwich. Take our Oscar Meyer Smokies. Let’s flip them over and see how we’re doing. Okay, they’re looking good. Let’s get them out of there and put them right on a plate. Take our red and green bell peppers and onions. Sauté these. Okay, they’re done. Put about 3/4 of them in the middle. Mozzarella cheese. Yep. Cheddar cheese. Take one of our nice sausages. Take the one we cut in half. We’re going to put that on the end. Mozzarella cheese. Yep. Cheddar cheese. Take another piece of sausage. Yep. Wow. Look at that, guys. Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese. Take our peppers and onions. Put them on top. Tidy this up. Add the remainder of our cheese. All right, that looks really good. And it’s done. And let’s tidy that up some. Season that to taste. All right, guys. There you have it. Our easy sausage and pepper sub sandwich. That is huge. And I know this is going to taste good. And I can’t wait to have a taste of this. So, let’s go ahead and have a taste. M. Is that good. Boy, is that sausage tasty.

⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 1 Italian Sub Roll
• 3 Oscar Mayer Smokies Hardwood Smoked Sausage
• ¾ Cup of Mozzarella Cheese – Grated
• ¾ Cup of Cheddar Cheese – Grated
• ¼ Green Bell Pepper
• ¼ Red Bell Pepper
• ¼ Onion
• Salt to Taste
• Black Pepper to Taste
• Garlic Powder to Taste
• Onion Powder to Taste
• Smoked Paprika to Taste
• Oil for the Pan

👉Cooking Instructions:
• In an oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the sausage and quickly fry until done to your liking. When done, remove the sausage from the pan and put it aside for later. Next, in the same pan over medium heat, add more oil if needed and add all the peppers and onions and stir-fry until the onions have become semi-translucent, then lower the heat to medium-low and move 3/4 of the peppers and onions to the middle of the pan, add some of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top, then add half of the sausage and some more of both kinds of cheese, add the remainder of the sausage on top, some more of both kinds of cheese, and the remainder of the peppers and onions on top, topped with the remainder of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese, season to taste, cover with a lid, and melt the cheese. When the cheese has melted, remove the lid and slide everything out of the pan on top of the lightly toasted Italian sub roll, and serve with your favorite beverage.
