244.[お家時間大好き主婦と猫3匹との日常🏠]キッチンの新しいアイテム&収納の見直し/朝・夕のご飯作りレシピ🍞

Hello, it’s Mii 😊. I went to an organic food store I’ve visited before. I also bought some daily necessities at the pharmacy 🤍. Afterwards, I stopped by my parents’ house and had lunch with them. I found Momo-chan 😳. Momo-chan is back. A perfectly round Momo-chan ☺️. My husband is sound asleep on the night shift. Domestic organic broccoli 🥦︎. Bean sprouts. Cucumber 🥒. I’m happy to be able to choose organic ingredients with peace of mind. I’m going to make homemade yogurt with this ♡. My first Hanamito 🌾. The gentle sweetness of 100% sugarcane really brings out the flavor of the ingredients 😳. Bread flour 🍞 that my husband uses in his bread making. Dry yeast. Dashi pack. Organic coffee, a repeat purchase ☕️. I also bought some seasonings. I’m putting them away. Dashi pack. Oh! Mii-chan’s back! ☺️. Disinfecting wipes and baby wipes. Fabric softener and laundry detergent. Once again, I’m back, Miitan♡🏠. I missed you. Oh, when did you get here? 🥰. My husband went off to work in high spirits. As expected, he was sleeping in the bedroom. Mel-chan🍎. She’s a sleeping angel☺️. Last night, my husband baked brioche again🤭. This time it rose👏🏻. But it seems to have burned a little😅. He’s gotten good at using the KitchenAid and has gotten really good at kneading😊. He even bought himself an apron on Amazon🤭. And he’s always humming with delight😁. He had such fun making the brioche🍞. It ‘s got to be delicious😋lol. It’s so delicious! I’ll keep it in the freezer to preserve the flavor. It’s by far the best bread I’ve ever had. I recently reorganized my kitchen storage. I’ll give you a quick rundown☺️. I also list kitchen items in my Rakuten Room. I got a new wall shelf. I also changed my storage method. I put coffee filters in glass canisters. In this box, I keep coffee sticks ☕️. In this, I keep honey tea 🍯. In this, I keep green juice sticks and other things. In this canister pot, I keep toothpicks, rubber bands, and vitamin C supplements. In the basket, I keep hand towels. Next to the refrigerator, I keep baby wipes (for cleaning), disinfectant wipes, alkaline electrolyzed water, and Dover Pasteurize. My husband has been standing in the kitchen a lot lately! I’ve made sure I can quickly access frequently used cleaning items. I also slightly overhauled the storage under the sink and other areas. First, I used the same MUJI acrylic case, but with dividers from the 100-yen store, I secured a Cainz plastic wrap case to keep it in place. I refill ceramic spray bottles with Kitchen Bleach and Utamaro. I started using LAKOKE pesticide removal spray. I use Muji ‘s divider case to refill Cellar Mate bottles with dishwasher detergent and other detergents. I use a 100-yen tube holder to hold the detergent spoon. I also use OxiClean and baking soda. I also store my Kitchen Skater in there. I still use the “mo-no-tone kitchen supplies case” to store plastic bags, drain nets, etc. I’ve gone back to this storage method for Ziploc bags 😊. This is the easiest to use. I use Muji’s “mini trash can” to store rags and melamine sponges. Another one to store plastic gloves. I use Muji’s wire basket for dish towels, IKEA kitchen towels, and my favorite linen towels. I store his water bottle on the shelf my husband made . I also store KitchenAid parts. Iwaki glass containers and Fuji enamel containers in the bottom drawer . I keep a 3coins vegetable storage container with colander in an Oxo salad spinner . I also store kitchen items I don’t use often in an IKEA basket . This basket even has a handle, which is convenient! ✨ Thank you, Momo, for waiting patiently! 💕︎ I keep my frequently used kitchen utensils in this drawer. By using a non-slip sticker on the divider stand, they’re easier to access. A silicone pot holder and multi-stand. A wooden ladle holder. My favorite tongs. My frequently used Iwaki and HARIO glass bowls. A tempura rack and milk pan. I store my Evercook frying pan set upright in a Tower frying pan stand. ☺️ I store my favorite Vermicular frying pan upright in an unused Tower laundry hanger . I keep spices in it. I store my remote control in a different shaped basket from the same series. I also keep a meat cutting board hidden on the side. I keep my silicone kitchen tools in here. I’m currently using my wooden kitchen tools. I store food in Oxo pop containers under the induction cooktop. They open and close with a single touch. They hold bonito flakes, glutinous barley, freeze-dried tofu, 16-grain rice, somen noodles, nori seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, harusame noodles, wakame seaweed, and shredded kurumafu. I also store oil, honey, mirin, and other ingredients in these. Next is the other side. ☺️ I line up my Le Creuset pots on this shelf, and behind them I store my Vermicular pots and other items. On this shelf, I keep my Sarah Grace cups and saucers. Below that, I keep my DeLonghi coffee maker. Below that, I keep my rice cooker and rice container, which I don’t use often. In this bread case, I store my frequently used strainers. I keep bread and other items in the basket next to it. In the drawer below, I keep my BRUNO mixer and blender , pastry molds, and flour sifters. I’ve recently added a bread mold to my collection. 🍞 I store my baking supplies together here. The first drawer holds small Japanese bowls and plates. They are mainly from Wakasama Togei and Studio M. I separate the small plates with wooden cases from Seria. The second drawer holds oval and large Japanese plates. I mainly use tableware from Studio Clip and Wakasama Togei . I like tableware with a bold shape that’s different from ordinary bowls. I keep my cutlery here. I keep straws and disposable chopsticks here. The third drawer holds large Western-style plates. I used to store them in a Totono stand, but I’ve now moved back to my old IKEA dish stand. I find this one easier to use. I keep trays and cutting boats here. This drawer holds glassware and Western-style tableware. The soup cups I bought at this afternoon tea party are so cute, I love them ♡. This shelf houses the tumblers and glasses I use every day. These are Francfranc glasses. Weck canister glasses. These glasses are by glass artist Mitsuhiro Hara. I also store my precious canisters and tableware in the dining room door . I created two-tiered storage with IKEA’s Valiera, and placed a Weck canister on top. I put my tea set in a Studio Clip oval tray so I can carry it directly to the dining table. I put chopstick rests in this basket. This basket has nothing in it. This basket has a Weck lid. I keep my incense set in this basket. I keep coasters here. The middle door also houses my favorite tableware. This door houses my sewing machine, sewing tools, and iron. I also store my precious tableware in the glass case on the mezzanine level. The kitchen is the place I spend the most time in, and I want to continue striving for ease of use and comfort so that it can shine . I forgot to make yogurt! It’s late, but it’s time for coffee. For a snack, I bought some fu manju buns today 😉. Let’s go for a walk when Mel wakes up 💕︎. The combination of the lightness of the fu and the slightly sweet bean paste. It’s an elegant, nostalgic taste ✨. A happy time. Girls’ get-together with Mii-chan is a quiet moment ☺️. I fold my clothes in the family room on the second floor. Momo-chan comes over to gently snuggle with me 🩷. I’m so happy to have her with me ☺️. Mel-chan has finally woken up, so it’s time for a walk. Momo-chan! . She ran away while I was putting on her harness 😅. Let’s go. It’s hot, but the evening air is quite pleasant 🌿. Mii-chan has graduated from her medium-sized harness ☺️. She ‘s now taking walks freely in a large size 🐾. Please limit your grass-munching, Mel-chan! . You’re tired from walking ☺️. Let’s go home now ☘️. Momo-chan doesn’t seem too keen on the walk. Let’s go together again when she feels like it. Let’s take off the harness that was only half-put on. Okay! Mell-chan, please 😊. Yu-chan (my daughter) is back. Mell-chan wants to go for another walk ☺️. Let’s make dinner. Bean sprouts have grown nicely. About 1/2 a bag of pea sprouts. Microwave (600W) for 1.5 minutes. 2 pieces of chikuwa (fish cakes). Cool under running water and squeeze out the water. Chikuwa. 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon each of miso and white sesame seeds. Done ✨️. 1 packet of dashi stock. Today’s miso soup is with fried tofu, mushrooms, and spinach. I’ll make some for tomorrow morning too. I’ll use the thick fried tofu I bought today. 2 pieces of silken thick fried tofu (90 grams each). Cut into 8 equal pieces. 1 bag of bean sprouts. 100ml water, 1 tablespoon each of sake, mirin, and miso, 1 teaspoon each of chicken stock powder and potato starch. Grill the deep-fried tofu for 3-4 minutes. Remove when browned. 3cm each of garlic and ginger tube. Fry 150g of minced pork. Once it becomes crumbly, add the bean sprouts. Fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add the seasonings and deep-fried tofu, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Done! ✨️. 150g of broccoli. Microwave (600W) for 2 minutes. Finely chopped. 4 slices of ham. 40g of pizza cheese, 3 tablespoons each of potato starch and water, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, spread the dough thinly and bake for 5 minutes. Flip and bake for 4 minutes. Done! ✨️ Mayonnaise….1 tablespoon, soy sauce….1 teaspoon, sugar and vinegar….1/2 teaspoon each. Chopped green onion and ground white sesame seeds to taste. Enjoy. Thank you for your hard work! 🍻 These are the bean sprouts I grew ! 🤭 Yes! They grew so quickly! They grew ! Delicious! Are they delicious? Yes!! I went on a trip today. Yes. I went to an organic store by myself! ✨ Wow! That’s amazing. I haven’t been there yet… That’s right. Did you buy everything there? Yes! I bought most of it there. Yu-chan fell asleep before I knew it! 🥰 Mel-chan is watching over her. 😊 I’ll prepare tomorrow’s breakfast. 100g miso, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon each sake and mirin. Add the cod and leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, make breakfast. 1 burdock root. Wipe off the water. 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil. Stir-fry. 1 can of tuna, lightly drained of oil. Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon each soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, salt and pepper to taste, and some black sesame seeds (optional). Mix everything together and it’s done. Cook rice. Yesterday’s cod. Wipe off the water. Bake in non-stick foil. Grill the shiitake mushrooms as well. Pizza cheese to taste, 1/2 teaspoon mentsuyu (double concentrated). 3 eggs. 2 teaspoons white dashi, 2 tablespoons water. Let’s eat. Shiitake mushrooms are delicious. Really? Yes. Cod is delicious. Cod is delicious? Yes. Fluffy. It’s so fluffy. It’s the best. Dashimaki is so tasty! I made it with that. Vermicular? Vermicular! Amazing. It cooks so fast! Everyday housework and life may seem like a repetition of the same things, but I want to cherish the small joys hidden in each and every one of them and spend another day peacefully and with a rich heart. Thank you for watching until the end this time as well. I hope to see you again in the next video💫.
