『たこ竹』天保2年創業 老舗 大阪鮓 ちらしずし 天神橋筋商店街 Sushi
Today, I’m at Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street, which is said to be the longest shopping street in Japan. “Takotake” is an old sushi shop established in 1931. Takotake recently moved to a new location. Menu. Inside the store. You can’t eat in the shop.
Take-out only. I bought “Chirashisushi”. “Chirashisushi” is a type of sushi. Vinegared rice is spread out in a dish, and different kinds of seafood or other ingredients are mixed in or placed on top of the rice. It’s a beautiful color. We often take chirashi zushi to picnics, or eat it on special days like Hinamatsuri — Girls’ Day. Ingredients: conger eel, shrimp, Red snapper(cured with kombu), Kinshi egg, Oboro, mitsuba, shiso, kikurage mushroom, shiitake mushroom The sushi rice is sugar sweet.
I heard that the famous Osaka-sushi restaurant “Takotake”, founded in 1831 in Matsuya-town, had recently moved to Tenjinbashi-suji, so I visited there. It had been closed for a while in Matsuya-machi for various reasons, but recently it made its long-awaited comeback. I ordered the “Chirashisushi” (2,000 yen) and took it home to eat.
