Mushroom Lababdar – Unique recipe

Ingredients-
1 Packet Mushroom
2 Onions
1 Tomato
4-5 Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1/2 cup curd
Masala-
1/2 spoon Coriander Powder
1/4 spoon Jeera Powder
1/2 spoon haldi
1/4 spoon black pepper powder
1/4 spoon red chilli powder
1/4 spoon garam masala
Recipe-
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water.
Heat Mustard oil in kadhai. Add 1 bay leaf, 2 red chilli, 1/4 spoon jeera, a pinch of hing. Add finely chopped onions on medium flame.Once light golden, add crushed ginger garlic. Once golden brown, add finely chopped tomato. While mixing, keep crushing to form a paste like texture. Add masala. Roast till oil separates. Add curd. Roast till oil separates. Add
-1/2 spoon Pav Bhaji masala
-1/4 spoon crushed Kasoori Methi
Roast for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms n salt. Mix n cover for 3-4 minutes. Mushroom leaves a lot of water. Add a little more water as needed to make it Latpata. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook the mushrooms as it becomes hard. Turn off the flame and add finely coriander coriander leaves.
