okay so have you heard of that Viral tunacado sandwich from Joe and the juice it is literally the best sandwich ever and I wanted to replicate it at home first I mixed together some Cuna red onions and Mayo now Joan the juice uses extremely thin chabata bread I couldn’t find a super thin one so I ended up just using a skillet to kind of press it down and get it as flat as I could after it’s toasted you’ll want to slice it in half drizzle on some really good olive oil Sriracha avocado tomato slices and lots of that gorgeous tuna mixture wrap it up with some parchment paper just like they do at Jo and the juice and enjoy

A little late to the party but DANG is this sandwich combo good!!! 💖✨ The traditional one also has pesto but I didn’t have any at home 🌱🤷
