      毎日自炊されているご飯が参考になるものばかりです😳アボカドは良質な脂質が取れるので良いですよね!体重は停滞されていますが、少し体に筋肉がついたのでは?と感じました😊これからも頑張ってください💪
      筋トレですが、毎日同じものをやるのではなく、今日は上半身、次の日は下半身、、など部分部分で鍛えるのも飽きずにできていいと思うますよ!
