This video is a two-day food vlog that I spent alone for the first time in a long time. Lunch on the first day is mentaiko avocado bowl. Cut the avocado in half, remove the peel and slice. Put the other half with lemon juice and refrigerate. Cherry tomato. I will make fried eggs.
Avocado, fried egg, pollack roe, and cherry tomato are placed on top of rice and topped with seaweed. Put soy sauce at the end and it’s done. The drink is iced matcha. It’s powdered matcha that I found and bought at a supermarket. First, have a sip of iced matcha.
It’s the first time I’ve eaten a combination of mentaiko and avocado. Spicy mentaiko and mild avocado go well together. If you add a fried egg to it, it’s perfect. Easy to make and perfect for lunch. Snack time. Bake frozen croissant dough in a waffle pan. Plump and savory baked.
It’s too small, so I’m going to make another one. Top freshly baked croissant waffles with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle the smooth soybean flour and put plenty of honey. Garnish the vanilla ice cream with a lotus and it’s done. Prepare an almond milk latte to drink with a croissant waffle.
I put a lot of effort into decorating it cutely, but I will remove it soon. Perfect with freshly baked waffles and cold vanilla ice cream. The combination of lotus and vanilla ice cream is also good. The soybean flour has a nice flavor, and the cold vanilla ice cream makes it refreshing.
I’m satisfied. It’s night. I will prepare dinner. The pepper flew away…. Cut in half and remove seeds. Make a marinade to use up the leftover cherry tomatoes. Olive oil, oligosaccharide, ponzu sauce. Just add seasoning and mix. 1T sake, oligosaccharide, soy sauce. 1/2 sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp red pepper.
Grill the pork. Add cabbage and peppers and stir fry. Once the vegetables have softened, add the seasoning. Serve on a plate. The drink is convenient powdered barley tea. Double pot meat and brown rice, marinated cherry tomatoes. It’s a seasoning that goes very well with rice. Fresh cherry tomatoes.
I will make baked donuts to eat as a snack. 2T vegetable oil, 2T sugar, 100ml milk, 80g rice flour, 30g almond powder. vanilla essence. Don’t forget the baking powder. Transfer to a pastry bag and Put it into the donut mold. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 13 minutes. Done~.
For lunch, I’m going to make risotto to consume the milk. Stir fry garlic, onions and bacon in olive oil. Add frozen shimeji mushrooms. 75g washed rice, 100ml water, 200ml milk. Boil until rice is soft. In the meantime, I’ll make an avocado and egg salad. Avocado. Boiled egg. mayonnaise, grain mustard, pepper.
Mix well and it’s done. I added a little water. Melt with mozzarella cheese. Put on a plate and sprinkle with parsley to serve. Make fruit tea by combining melon juice and black tea. First of all, I will eat avocado and egg salad. Then eat risotto.
Mixing black tea with melon juice makes the sweetness just right and goes well with meals. I sometimes make risotto when I forget to cook the rice, but it’s delicious because it can be made in a short time. Baked donuts. The drink is an iced Americano. A healthy rice flour snack.
It has a soft and moist texture. It’s made with rice flour, so you can be satisfied with a small amount. Freeze leftover donuts. It’s time to make dinner. I’m going to make zaru soba easily. Wash the boiled soba well under running water and chill in ice water. Noodle soup + water.
If I eat only soba noodles, I will be hungry, so I will make a rice ball. Add the leftover mentaiko from the time I made the avocado bowl and shape it into a triangle. The rice ball is too big to wrap with seaweed.
The zaru soba I bought at 7-Eleven a while ago was delicious, so I made it at home. The smooth soba noodles are refreshing and so good. I also eat big rice balls. A night that reconfirmed the deliciousness of cold soba on a hot day.
