【10品】夏野菜をひたすら冷凍保存していく日。ぜんぶ冷凍でおいしく長持ち【きゅうり・なす・ピーマン・トマト】

Hello! I’m Erika Nakai from Shokudo Asagohan ♪ Today’s video will be “Freezing a lot of summer vegetables” cucumber I think there are a lot of delicious vegetables in summer like tomatoes. If you end up buying too much or are wondering how to use it, you can store it in the freezer for a long time, so it is highly recommended. Today we will also introduce delicious cooking methods after freezing, so I would be happy if you could watch it until the end. Then prepare a storage bag Any zip lock or storage bag will do I always use this silicone storage bag called Stasha. It is very eco-friendly and convenient because it can be used repeatedly if washed. Before using it, disinfect it with a spray like this First, cut the paprika. I bought one red paprika and one yellow paprika today. I plan to freeze the other half. I think I’ll cut it into small pieces and store it with other red paprika and green peppers. paprika It’s very colorful and great for cooking. I think that there are many cases where one piece is quite large, so it can not be used up. It is very convenient because if you freeze it, you can take out the amount you want to use at any time. I think that it is very colorful if you mix various colors Then I put the finely chopped paprika and green peppers in a storage bag so that they are mixed together. I think it’s a good idea to put red, yellow, and green in order. Once you’ve put everything in, remove the air, close the mouth, and lay it flat. That’s why I bought a lot of peppers today. For the time being, I plan to cut the remaining three peppers in half and freeze them as well. For example, halved green peppers are grilled and soaked. It is highly recommended to make ohitashi Pepper seeds and cotton are rich in ingredients such as pyrazine that are useful for blood smoothness. It doesn’t matter if you don’t remove all the seeds, so it’s okay to leave them on. If you are concerned, lightly remove the cotton or seeds. Pack it in a storage bag and this is also completed. Then next is the cucumber. Cucumbers are also abundant today. First of all, I decided to save three whole cucumbers. Cut off the stalk, put it in a storage bag and freeze it. Whole frozen cucumbers can be grated and sprinkled over somen noodles. It can be cut into appropriate sizes and made into pickles. I think that it can be used for various dishes because it can be cut easily just by defrosting it a little. And I’m going to slice the leftover cucumber thinly and rub it with salt. Then put the thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Salted cucumbers can be added to vinegared dishes or macaroni salad. There are so many ways to use it. I think it’s surprisingly time consuming to make thinly sliced each time you cook. If you do it all at once and freeze it, it will save a lot of time, so I recommend it. The recommended amount of salt is 1/2 tablespoon per cucumber. And the remaining cucumber will be used for the paprika and pickles from earlier, so cut it into appropriate sizes. Then make pickle juice The ingredients for the marinade are 1 cup each of vinegar, 1 cup of water, and 40 grams of sugar. 40 grams of sugar is about 4 and 1/3 tablespoons For some reason I accidentally halved the amount of vinegar and water… Then put the cut paprika and cucumber in a storage container. Add the bay leaves and peppercorns together. If you don’t have bay leaves and peppercorns, you don’t have to put them in. It’s delicious even if you put chili pepper instead of pepper When the dipping sauce comes to a boil, turn off the heat and let it cool. And I just rubbed it with salt I think the cucumbers will release moisture, so squeeze out the moisture with your hands. After squeezing out the moisture, I put it in a storage bag, but if it’s packed as it is, it’ll stick together and it’s hard to take it out, so I wrap up the amount I’ll use at a time and divide it into small portions and freeze them. Once the pickle juice has cooled, pour it into a container and you’re done! then tomatoes I’m thinking of freezing three whole tomatoes. Whole frozen tomatoes can be easily peeled by soaking them in water while frozen. Therefore, it is recommended to use it in soups and stews. Then the next step is the eggplant.
I’m thinking of freezing three whole eggplants. Remove the stem and pack it in a storage bag Frozen eggplants are recommended for steamed eggplants and simmered dishes. After that, there are still eggplants, so cut the remaining ones into appropriate sizes. I plan to freeze it with the meat later. I still have some tomatoes, so I plan to cut them into small pieces with a kitchen knife and store them in the freezer. I plan to use this when making soups and tomato sauces. I feel like there’s a better way to put it lol Then, I plan to cut the remaining tomatoes into chunks and freeze them with the chicken later to make tomato chicken. Then put the chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces in a storage bag. Today I’m using cut chicken sold for fried chicken. After adding the meat, add 2 teaspoons of consommé and 1 tablespoon of sake and mix. I also added minced garlic. Add the chopped tomato to it I was thinking of adding onions as well, but it got a little cumbersome today, so I didn’t. And next time I will make frozen preservation using beef and eggplant I will also add leek, so cut it to an appropriate length. cut of beef Add about 3 tablespoons of grilled meat sauce to 200 grams and rub it in. Then put the eggplant on top and add the leek that you just cut and it’s done. I used half of the chives, so I will keep the rest in the refrigerator. Next, make stuffed peppers.
First, finely chop the onion I’m going to finely chop it with this bunbun chopper that I always use. Soak 1/2 cup of bread crumbs in 3 tablespoons of milk. I am using soy milk today. Today I put in soy milk just by eye, but I added too much. Then fit in a bowl and 300 grams of minced meat and chopped onions. Then eggs. Add bread crumbs, milk and a little salt and pepper to mix. The key is to mix well until it becomes sticky. Then stuff it into the peppers you cut earlier, but before that, sprinkle the inside of the peppers with cake flour. This will prevent the meat from coming off the peppers while cooking. Check if it is crushed I had a little meat left over today, so I think I’ll make it into a hamburger and eat it at night Another morning. I’m going to use this frozen eggplant today. I’m frozen like this I’m going to try steamed eggplant dip today. First of all, put it in the microwave as it is The standard heating time in the microwave is about 2 minutes per bottle. Today, I’m going to stir fry this frozen paprika and use it. Put it in a frying pan and fry it Seasoned with salt koji Some of the peppers were broken, so Maybe I should have cut it a little thicker Then split the eggplants that have been heated in the microwave lengthwise with your hands. After that, put it on a plate and pour a mixture of mentsuyu and water over it. I’ll enjoy having this Pickle the rice bran pickles to eat at night♪ Stuff it tightly~ The kitchen knife I ordered from Amazon has arrived, so I’ll try to open it. I bought a Henckels knife. I couldn’t find anywhere to open it, but it seems that for safety reasons it’s not possible to open it by hand. This time, I chose a knife that is the same as the knife I’ve used so far, and even the handle is made of stainless steel. I think that it can be used hygienically because there are no seams. Because the handle is thinner than before The weight is a little lighter as well. It’s still a little early, but I bought yellowtail husks today, so I think I’ll make simmered yellowtail husks first. Today I bought it very cheaply at around 200 yen for 400 grams. That’s why I tried using the new kitchen knife wp right away. It cuts quite crisply However, the handle is narrower than other knives, so it feels a little difficult to hold. It will take some time to get used to Then, put the ingredients for the boiled yellowtail broth into the pot. Add 300cc of water, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and sake, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and thinly sliced ginger. Bring to a boil, then add the boiled yellowtail husks. Boil this for about fifteen minutes and you’re done. The ends are always for tasting. smile I’m thinking of using frozen tomato chicken today. Fry the chopped onions first. Add the defrosted tomato chicken I should have unzipped it It’s still a little frozen, so cover it with a lid and steam it over low heat. Tomato chicken is a little soupy at first It’s ready when the juice evaporates like this. I’m also going to eat this frozen green pepper today. Put a little more olive oil in the frying pan first. I don’t have to light the fire yet I put it on by mistake today, so the oil splashed a lot. Add the peppers and mix briefly, then cover with a lid and steam for 3 to 4 minutes. turn over on the way burned Finally, sprinkle with salt and it’s done. it’s very easy It’s very delicious, so please try it. Itadakimasu! By the way, my daughter is fast asleep today yes. What is this? tomato is good looks like meat sauce yes?
