#76【共働き夫婦の晩ご飯!】ホタテとカイワレの塩こんぶ漬け

Hi, this is Kao. Today we’re going to make scallops and radish sprouts pickled in kelp. First, let’s measure the radish sprouts. I measured about 20 grams. And wash this. This is a scallop for sashimi. Put them in a bowl together. Add about 10 grams of salted kelp. Then, add a little sesame oil. Then mix everything well. The radish sprouts are crunchy, so it’s a little difficult to mix. Mix properly and cover with plastic wrap. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, it looks like this. This is eco-wrap, so wipe it off with a dish towel. Give it a quick stir. Then, sprinkle a little bit of sliced green onion on top, and it’s ready to serve. This is a frozen slice of green onion. This is how it turned out. I ate alone this evening. I had rice, Korean seaweed, and The scallops and radish sprouts are pickled in kelp. The radish sprouts was crispy, and the scallops had a sweetness that was enhanced by the salted kelp. I don’t usually get a chance to eat too many vegetables. I was able to eat a lot of radish sprouts with these scallops. I thought it would be good for my health. I thought that if I soaked the radish sprouts in water after cutting it, it would grow, but it doesn’t. I didn’t know that. It was a very healthy and delicious dinner. カイワレ大根 20g
刺身用ホタテ 100g
塩昆布 10g
ごま油 小さじ1
ネギ小口切り10g

▼作り方
①カイワレ大根、ホタテ、塩昆布、ごま油を器に入れてよく混ぜます。
②ラップをして冷蔵庫で20分寝かします。
③ネギの小口切りをかけたら出来上がり^^
