Please subscribe to my channel I would like to make oatmeal steamed bread today. This time, I would like to make three kinds of oatmeal steamed bread that can be easily made in a microwave oven. I would like to introduce three flavors: black tea, green tea, and strawberry. Each one has a slightly different way of making it, so please enjoy it all the way through. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the ingredients for the tea flavor. Here are the ingredients. Oatmeal, milk, yogurt, eggs, baking powder, lakanto S, black tea bags, tea flavor will be made with these ingredients. As for the sugar, I will use lakanto. You can make it with white sugar, granulated sugar, cane sugar, or any other sugar you like. Then add here + yogurt. Adding yogurt makes it very fluffy and delicious. And the oatmeal that we’re going to use this time, we’re going to use something called quick oatmeal, which is a little bit more powdery. Then here are the ingredients for the matcha flavor. Here are the ingredients. Oatmeal, soy milk, yogurt, eggs, baking powder, lakanto S, matcha powder, boiled red beans, matcha flavor are the ingredients here. The matcha flavor is different from the black tea flavor, and I will use matcha powder and boiled azuki beans for the rest. Boiled azuki beans can be used as you like. If you don’t like azuki, you can omit this one. Here are the ingredients for the strawberry flavor. Here are the ingredients. Oatmeal, water, yogurt, eggs, baking powder, lakanto S, strawberry, strawberry flavor are the ingredients here. I will use frozen strawberries for the strawberry flavor this time. Now let’s go ahead and make it with these ingredients. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the black tea flavor. First, we’re going to use black tea bags, this time Earl Grey. You can use your favorite black tea leaves here. Put these tea leaves in the milk. And mix it lightly. After mixing lightly, heat this in a microwave oven 600W for 30 seconds. Heated for 30 seconds. Mix well once. You can enjoy the aroma of the tea more if you warm the tea leaves in the milk like this. This is OK. Now, please prepare a heatproof bowl or tupper. This time I will be using a 450 ml heat resistant bowl. Here is the oatmeal first. You can use the oatmeal as is, or if you want a smoother finish, grind it with a blender or something like that before use. For quick meats, it’s powdered, so I think you can use it as is. In the case of loaded oats or other slightly lumpy oatmeal, I think it would be better to have it ground. Then you can add the milk that you just heated up and the tea leaves. And put the tea leaves in as well. And mix this once. Once mixed, let it sit for a minute to soften the oatmeal. One minute has passed. And then I’ll mix it well again. I think of it as shattering the oatmeal a little bit. The oatmeal becomes more and more sticky. It’s like this. It’s OK if the dough feels as pottagey as this. Then I add the lakanto. And let’s mix it. Adjust the sweetness to your liking. And when you don’t feel the crunch anymore, add the yogurt. And let’s mix it And then add the eggs here. It’s OK to put it in as it is. And let’s mix it up. Mix well each time you add the ingredients like this. This will prevent uneven mixing. OK. Now we’ll add the baking powder at the end. Baking powder reacts with moisture, so it should be added last. Then mix it in. Mix well like this. The dough is sticking to the edges of the dough, so use a spatula to remove it. Now, please wrap it softly here. And then poke a couple of holes in the surface with a toothpick. This is where the air comes in and out. Now we will heat this in a microwave oven 600W for 4 minutes. Now we’ve heated it for 4 minutes. I heated for 4 minutes this time, but please adjust the heating time here. It’s very hot right now, so just be very careful not to burn yourself. And then remove the plastic wrap. Again, steam comes out, so be careful not to burn yourself. And then leave it like this for a minute or so. And then it will be easier to take it out. One minute has passed. Then a gap appears around it like this. Now let’s turn this one over. Here we go. The steamed bread fell down, so I’m going to open it. It’s all fluffy like this. If it’s hard to remove, try peeling it off with a bamboo skewer or something. You can eat it as it is, but it’s still very hot, so I’ll let it cool down. Wrap this in plastic wrap. Now remove from heat. This is OK for the tea flavor. Easy recipes at home Now let’s continue to make the matcha flavor. First, dissolve this matcha powder in soy milk. First we put the matcha powder in a bowl. Then add a little bit of soy milk. Be careful not to add it all at once, as it tends to form lumps. Mix this well. OK. After this much blending, add some more. Add a little bit at a time like this and dissolve it in the soy milk. Add again at the end. And let’s mix it up. And that’s it for the matcha. This will prevent lumps from forming. Now put the oatmeal in the container you will use. And then add soy milk and matcha. And mix this well. Then let this one sit for a minute to soften the oatmeal. One minute has passed. Then let’s give it another good stir. If it thickens like this, it is OK. Add lakanto here. And mix well. When well mixed, add yogurt. And mix. Then crack an egg in here. And mix well. When well mixed, we will add boiled azuki beans here. And let’s mix it. The amount of these azuki beans is to your taste. And finally, add the baking powder. And let’s mix. OK. Let’s take the part of this one that is also attached to the perimeter. After removing the surrounding area, I’ll wrap here. Going to drill three holes in the surface. OK. Now let’s heat this in a microwave oven 600W for 4 minutes. Cooked for 4 minutes. Then let’s remove the plastic wrap so we don’t burn this one. It’s very fluffy. Now let it cool for 1 minute. One minute has passed. Now let’s take this one out onto plastic wrap. Now we turn it over. Here we go. Shake it a little bit. Dropped. Okay, I’ll open it up. OK, here we go. The matcha flavor turned out like this. Now wrap this one in plastic wrap, and then remove from heat. Easy recipes at home Now let’s continue to make strawberry flavor. Let’s thaw these frozen strawberries. Microwave without wrapping for 1 minute 30 seconds in a microwave oven at 600W. Cooked for 1 minute 30 seconds. This is then mashed with a spoon or fork. If bubbles appear at this point, remove them. OK. Let’s crush it like this once. Add the oatmeal and the mashed strawberries to the steamed bread container. And mix this well. And now let’s mix it like this. Then I add water here. And then mix. And mix it like this. Then, do the same here for a minute to soften the oatmeal. One minute has passed. I’m going to add Lacanto here. And mix well. Then add yogurt here. And mix. Then add the eggs. Mix this well. Now let’s add the baking powder at the end. And let’s mix it OK. Now let’s wrap here, and then drill three holes. Now going to microwave this in a microwave oven at 600W for 4 minutes. Cooked for 4 minutes. Now we remove the plastic wrap. Heave ho. It’s finished like this. Now let’s take this one off the heat for a minute or so. One minute has passed. And then I’ll turn this one over as well. Okay, here we go. Ta-da. Here’s another fluffy finish. This is OK for strawberry flavor. This is also wrapped in plastic wrap and removed from heat. Easy recipes at home Now the oatmeal steamed bread is ready. When you make the oatmeal, you must first blanch the oatmeal with a water-based ingredient for about a minute. This will soften the oatmeal and make it very easy to blend. Oatmeal becomes more and more sticky as it is fluffed, so be sure to fluff it properly until it becomes sticky. I used quick oatmeal, which is a slightly finer oatmeal. You can use whatever you like, but I think the finer the oatmeal, the closer it is to the texture of steamed bread. But if you want to enjoy the texture of oatmeal, I think you should use that kind of oatmeal. Or, if you want a smoother texture more like steamed bread, you can use a mixer to make it finer. The rest is just mixing the ingredients and heating in the microwave, but be sure to add the ingredients one at a time and mix well so that there is no maze village and the mixture comes out very clean. This way there will be no unevenness in the mixture and it will be very clean. And as with all of the above, be sure to add the paking powder at the end. Baking powder reacts with moisture, so if you put it in first, it will gradually lose its effectiveness. So add it at the very end and microwave it immediately afterwards. And as for the microwave heating time, it depends on the container you use and the type of microwave oven you use. So, please adjust the heating time according to your needs. 抹茶味を作りたいですが、豆乳をきらしているので‥牛乳でもいいでしょうか?
小粒ないちごを切らずに、少なめのお砂糖とワインで煮た手作りのコンポートが冷凍庫にあるのですが
それを40グラムプラス大さじ1分で、砂糖無しで作っても大丈夫ですか?水分は少なくトロッとしています。
あと、私は蒸しパン好きなで蒸しパンで作ってみようと思いますが
蒸しパン苦手な人にはカップケーキみたいに焼いて作っても大丈夫ですか?
ラカントっては何ですか?砂糖の同じ?初めて聞きました。😅
