Then I will finish this meat rolled cabbage with green onion sauce. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some points of interest here and there, so please enjoy it all the way through. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the ingredients for the green onion sauce. Here are the ingredients. I will make sauce with these ingredients: green onion, garlic, ginger, small green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, white sesame seeds, sesame oil, and sesame oil. First, garlic and ginger, but this time we will use fresh garlic and ginger. If you use the fresh ones, the result will be aromatic and very tasty. If you don’t have any, you can use grated ginger and grated garlic in tube form. In that case, try adding roughly 1/3-1/2 teaspoon each. Next, here are the ingredients for the cabbage meat rolls. Here are the ingredients. I will use sliced pork belly, cabbage, cooking sake, salt and pepper, flour, and salad oil for baking. First, the meat is thinly sliced pork belly this time. You can use other parts of the meat if you like. Please be sure to use the thinly sliced type. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First of all, let’s start with the green onion sauce. Chop up the green onions here. You can do it any way you are comfortable with. You can easily chop them by making a vertical slit like this. Cut it like this before cutting. The green onions are now ok. And let’s start with the ones that have been cut and put them in the bowl. Next is the ginger. First peel the ginger. If you prefer the skin on, you can leave the skin on. And then chop the ginger in the same way. The ginger should be chopped in this way. When you are done cutting both here and the ginger, place them in a bowl. Now let’s continue with the garlic. First cut the garlic in half and remove the garlic sprouts. Be sure to remove this one as it causes gouging. And then mince the garlic in the same way. The garlic is now ok. Let’s put this in a bowl as well. Next, leeks. Cut off the root of the leek first. Then cut it in half and slice it into rounds, keeping the cut edges together. The small leeks are now ok. Let’s put this in a bowl as well. Now let’s combine the seasonings here. First here is soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds. Mix this well. OK. Now the green onion sauce is ready. Leave this to blend with the vegetables. Easy recipes at home Next, I will make meat rolls. First, here is the cabbage. This one here, first we’re going to cut a slit in the root where it’s attached to the base. And then peel it off. Peel off one piece at a time like this and use it this time. And the rest will be peeled off and used in the same way. Then I will cut off the core here. Now peel off the cabbage one piece at a time. OK. Then please rinse this cabbage once. OK. Wash with water this way. Then I will microwave this cabbage once. Be sure to heat it in a heatproof bowl or something similar. If you cannot heat it all at once, heat it in two batches. When put in this way, cover the top with fluffy plastic wrap. OK. Now I will heat this in the microwave oven at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Heated for 5 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap. Be careful not to burn yourself. Then the cabbage is cooked like this. The proper heating time may vary depending on your microwave oven, so try heating the cabbage until it is tender. Next is the core of this cabbage. Going to cut this section to the thickness of this leaf. The cabbage is still a little hot at this point, so you can do it after removing the heat. Be careful not to burn yourself. Then you cut into it with a knife and cut off this concave part. Let’s cut like this. Again, be careful not to injure your hand. Now you have a hole, but you can shave off the core like this. Now, please remove the rest of the core in the same way. You can cut off these halves. If the core of the cabbage is still firmly in place like this, you can scrape it off. We will use this shaved core by cutting it into thin slices. The core part is now ok. Then once you do that, wipe off the water thoroughly. Can squeeze it out. The cabbage core is now ok. Next, the cabbage is rolled up. Going to wrap the cabbage with meat, but we also want to wrap the cabbage itself around the meat. First wipe off the water. Wipe off both sides firmly. Then fold the horizontal leaves so that they are roughly 4-5 cm wide. Like this. Once folded like this, the rest is wrapped tightly around from the front. Roll it up like this. Like this. Now wind the rest in the same way. The inner leaves may be small like this, in which case two leaves are stacked like this and slightly folded at both ends and wrapped around from the front. OK. As for the smaller leaves, try wrapping 2-3 layers of leaves like this. Now wind the rest in the same way. First I made 6 rolls of cabbage. I still have some small cabbage left like this, so I will explain how to make the meat rolls separately here. I will also do this core part later. Now please prepare the cabbage that you just rolled up. I will roll the meat. Prepare the meat first. Spread it out like this and season it first with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle lightly with flour. This will help the cabbage adhere better. Then, since it’s a little long, I spread it out like this and wrap it around the cabbage with the end of the cabbage roll at the bottom and wrap it around the meat to stop it. Roll the meat tightly. Roll the meat with a little tension. OK. And be sure to leave the end of the roll at the bottom. Now let’s wind the rest in the same way. If the meat is too big, you can cut it in half. Rolled cabbage should be wrapped around the meat like this. Then wrap the extra small cabbage here. I will wrap this one in a mini size. First we will sprinkle salt and pepper on this one as well. Then we take some cabbage and put it on the table. Now let’s roll this up. This is ok. As for the excess, roll it up with meat like this. Next is the core. This is the same as above, but first sprinkle salt and pepper and then flour. Here is the same thing. Like this. Try rolling a cabbage or core that is too small to be rolled like this. All rolled up. Then dust the top with flour. Turn it over and dust the flip side with flour as well. OK. So now I would like to burn it now. Easy recipes at home Now I will bake it in a pan. First, spread a thin layer of salad oil on the pan. The oil will come out of the pork, so it’s really thin. Spread throughout. Then put on fire. Medium heat. Keep warm once for 30 seconds. Warmed up for 30 seconds. Then I turn off the heat once. Then let’s lay out this meat roll end down. Line it up like this. Then put it on the fire. It’s about medium heat, low heat. When you hear a sizzling sound over the heat like this, pour cooking sake over here and steam it. Pour over the whole thing and cover. Once covered, reduce heat to low. Continue to steam for 3-4 minutes. Now steaming and baking for 4 minutes. Lid is opened. Then turn it over. It’s just a little bit browned or unbrowned. When you flip them over like this, you cover them again and steam them over low heat in the same way for 3-4 minutes. Now 3 minutes have passed. Then I will open the lid. Now it looks like this. Finally, the heat is reduced to medium and the moisture is coming out a little bit, so I’m going to brown it and let the moisture go away. At that time, let’s bake it while rolling it around. But be careful not to overdo it too much or it may fall apart. The moisture has also flown out and browned as shown here. Remove the browned ones first, as there are large and small ones. All done baking. It is browned deliciously like this. Now I would like to finish by changing the sauce. Easy recipes at home Now the meat-wrapped cabbage is ready. This is how it turned out. If it still feels a little watery after wrapping, try wiping off the moisture with kitchen paper. And as for the smaller leaves, I would suggest that you roll them in 2-3 layers. If it is difficult to wrap 2-3 layers of leaves, it is better to make a small bundle and wrap it around a piece of meat. The core can also be sliced thinly and wrapped around the slices. You can also use the core. And here is the point when you wind it. When you roll it up, sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the pork and roll it up tight, starting from the front. A little dusting of flour will help it adhere to the cabbage. And here’s the key to baking. When grilling, first steam the meat so that it is thoroughly cooked. After steaming, the meat will be slightly moistened and should be lightly browned as you remove the moisture. Then, I would like you to serve it with special green onion sauce. The amount of cabbage meat we’re using, this time it’s about a little less than half a cabbage. That’s about the amount I use. As for the amount here, you can make it according to the amount of meat.
