The sauce:
1 cup white or AC vinegar
1 cup Honey
1 tsp Cayenne powder (to taste)
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Blackstrap molasses
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan, bring to a simmer. Simmer until reduced by half or desired thickness.
