I used the blueberry acai flavour in this video!!
Blueberry Muffin Smoothie:
– 1-2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
– 1 banana
– 1/4 cup raw hemp seeds
– 1 TBSP cashew butter
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1 scoop vivolife blueberry raw protein powder
– blend with any plant milk of choice
Soba Noodle Salad: (makes 2-3 servings depending on appetite!)
– 300g cooked soba noodles
– 1 1/2 cups edamame beans
– 1 cup raw carrot
– 1 cup raw shredded red cabbage
– 1/2 cup green onion (spring onion)
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 cup fresh cilantro
– 1/4 cup sesame seeds
– 2 fresh chillis
Dressing:
– 3-4 TBSP good tahini
– juice of half a fresh orange
– 1 TBSP tamari or soy sauce
– 1/2 TBSP garlic powder
Hearty Butterbean Stew:
– 1 red onion diced
– spices I used: paprika, turmeric, garlic
– 1 cup fresh plum tomatoes
– 2 TBSP tomato puree
– 2 cans butter beans (or chickpeas)
– 2 cans chopped tomatoes
– salt & pepper
– kale salad: large bed of raw kale, juice of 1 fresh lemon + 1 soft avocado to make the dressing as shown
– serve with sweet potatoes
– apply to face 🙂

Burning question here: for some reason I crave nuts all day long and I can't have enough of them, I find myself randomly snacking on them all day, is that a bad thing or should I just give in to my cravings and eat nuts all the time. Don't want to gain a lot of weight by the way. (I know nuts don't make you fat, but they might just put me in a caloric surplus when I eat this many I'm afraid)…
I made the Soba Noodle Salad and it was SO GOOD! Also the first time I had tahini.
Should add ginger to soba noodles … That would be bomb!

Your recipes are delicious i have made a few but my issue is i cant fully let go of dairy and eggs.. i found as soon as i gave up those… i lost so much weight to the point i wasnt consuming enough calories and i just looked ill…

I cannot eat raw cabbage, large quantities of raw carrot, or kale without bad digestion. Has anyone figured out a way around this? I have to eat really easily digestable cooked veg for optimal digestion and no gas or hard rock that sits in my stomach.

I'm not a huge fan of smoothies could I change the breakfast into oatmeal? I would still use the same ingredients and amounts. Or does it need to be a smoothie?

I made the hearty Butterbean stew it was bomb asf. Although I followed the recipe accordingly and it made enough for 4 meals lmao
I enjoy your videos a lot, as well as your recipes. But I have to say that its a bit irritating when you make all these claims about protein / fat giving more satiation, with no evidence to back that up. Show me the studies or graphs etc. or else you might lose your credibility for some people.

What are some cheaper vegan protein sources?? I’m a student and love tofu etc but can never use too much in a portion because it adds such an expense!!
