Coffee Banana smoothie 🥤
This smoothie is for those who love to have coffee without milk or sugar. I have used dates as sweetener, you can replace it with maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
Oats – 30 g.
Dates – 27 g.
Cashews – 15 g.
Warm water – 1 glass +3 tablespoon.
Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon.
Instant coffee powder – 1 teaspoon.
Banana – 1.
PREPARATION:
Soak oats, dates and cashews in warm water for 30 minutes.
Soak Chia seeds in warm water.
Add the soaked oats to a blender jar and add banana, instant coffee powder and blend to smooth paste.
Add the soaked Chia seeds to glass and pour the smoothie.
Sprinkle some coffee powder and Chia seeds.
You can top it with some nuts and serve normal or chilled.
Note: you can use decaf if you don’t drink caffeine.
