The "Houji-Cha" is a kind of Japanese tea name, and the "Houji" means the name of the way to make Japanese tea. After collecting the green leaves for Japanese tea, usually they were placed into the dryer then they were dried and they would be roasted after drying. Japanese teas have several ways for drying and roasting.
