今回は家計の強い味方、鶏胸肉を使ってカツレツを紹介しています。

【チキンカツレツ　イタリアントマトソース】
＊材料
・鶏胸肉2枚600g
・卵2個
・粉チーズ大さじ4
・おろしにんにく小さじ1
・顆粒コンソメ大さじ1/2
・パン粉(あれば細目)適量
・揚げ油適量
トマトソース
・オリーブオイル大さじ1
・桃屋のきざみにんにく小さじ1
・カットトマト缶1缶
・塩適量

・黒コショウ少々
・乾燥バジル少々
