    📋 INGREDIENTS:
    • 400 g (14 oz) firm tofu (preferably pressed beforehand)
    • 200 ml (¾ cup) plant-based drink (e.g. oat or soy milk)
    • 100 g (¾ cup) flour (wheat flour or chickpea flour)
    • 100 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs or panko
    • 2 tsp paprika powder
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • Vegetable oil for frying

    For the creamy dip:
    • 3 tbsp plant-based yogurt
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Salt & pepper to taste

    1. This recipe looks delicious! I'm saving it👍. I think I'll try it with chicken filets. I'll just half it length wise and follow the same steps, use bbq sauce for the dip. Thanks for a healthier version of something crispy with no cholesterol. Btw, I use grapeseed oil for recipes that call for vegetable oil.
