油豆腐粉絲湯⬜🥣上海湯🎤熱親🎵汗流🎶熱到抽筋🎶煮到發忟憎🤭連續幾日酷熱天氣☀️越嚟越熱🔥出街食又唔好食🖐️唔煮又唔得😑唯有盡量簡單🎯盡量易入口🎯呢個啱曬啦👍超快煮好🚀超市全部都買到🛒以後熱天唔使再煩惱

油豆腐粉絲湯:

材料:
黃金豆腐1盒
粉絲300克
免治瘦肉300克
榨菜1包
薑1舊

處理:
1. 浸軟粉絲。
2. 碎肉調味:
a. 生粉1茶匙
b. 胡椒粉少許
c. 鮑魚汁1茶匙
d. 糖1茶匙
攪勻。
3. 油豆腐,倒去盒中的水分,用滾水浸一浸,擎乾水。
4. 榨菜,沖洗乾淨。
5. 薑,切3片。

烹調:
1. 放薑片及豆腐,加入1升水落煲,開大火至滾起。
2. 粉絲浸軟後,剪短,沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 加肉碎入湯內至滾起。
4. 加入1茶匙鮑魚汁。
5. 加入粉絲,再滾2分鐘。
6. 最後放榨菜,滾1分鐘,完成。

Rice vermicelli soup with flavoured bean curd:

Ingredients:
Flavoured bean curd 1 box
Rice vermicelli 300g
Minced pork 300g
Mustard 1 pack
Ginger 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Soak rice vermicelli until it is soft.
2. Season the meat:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tsp
b. Pepper little
c. Abalone sauce 1 tsp
d. Sugar 1 tsp
Mix well.
3. Flavoured bean curd, release water in box. Rinse bean curd by boiled up water, hang dry.
4. Mustard, rinse thoroughly.
5. Ginger, get 3 slices.

Steps:
1. Put 1L water into pot, together with ginger slices and tofu. Boil up at high flame.
2. Cut in short lengths after rice vermicelli has been soaked well. Rinse thoroughly and hang dry.
3. Put minced pork into soup until boiling up.
4. Add 1 tsp abalone sauce.
5. Put rice vermicelli, Boil 2 minutes more.
6. Finally, boil 1 minute more after adding mustard into soup. Serve.
