    • 1.5 # Vietnamese/Malabar Spinach, cut & trimmed
    • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2-3 Thai chili peppers, trimmed & seeded *optional
    • 1 Tbsp ground shrimp sauce/paste
    • 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine

    1. great video again i brought some shrimp paste ages ago and i never found a recipe that used it i think it might be past its use by date now i should have tried it out im sure it has a nice flavour i just was not sure how to use it. love your channel thank you for sharing your amazing food with us

    2. I wish I had watched this before cooking mine. Next time I'll use garlic and fermented tofu. I enjoyed the taste of the raw leaves. I was surprised by the citrus flavor!
