95 year old grandma’s Mitarashi dango🍡

All handmade from scratch, she has been making dango for over 70 years on her own(with help from neighbors sometimes).

Grandma’s dango are nothing like I’ve ever had before.
The mochi is chewy but soft and a little airy, grilled to perfection and is just unbelievably delicious with the sweet-salty Mitarashi sauce🤤

I’m usually not a huge fan of Mitarashi dango, but I devoured 10 sticks the first day and went back for another 10 the next day.

Honestly these were one of the best food I’ve had in my life!

Highly recommended!
