・あらびき胡椒 適量
・揚げ油 適量

①枝豆は鞘から出しておく。
②春巻きの皮は丁寧にはがす。
③クリームチーズを3等分程度に切って春巻きの皮に並べて、空気を抜きながら手前と両端の皮を折って水をつけてくるくる巻いてくっつける。
④180℃に熱した油で2分程度揚げ焼きする。
⑤お皿に盛りつけて完成!
