ingredients

10 Fried Tofu
600 ml Broth(Konbu and Bonito flakes)
5 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Soy Shoyu
1 tbsp Mirin

「Shari」
540 ml Rice
90 ml Rice Vinegar
1.5 tbsp Sugar
5g Salt
10g Sesami

「Chicken Soboro」
200g minced chicken
1 piece of Ginger
2 tbsp Shoyu
1 tbsp Mirin
1tbsp Sake

「Kinshi Tamago」
2 Whole eggs
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sake
1/2 tbsp Salt

「Other ingredients」
Tsuna
Salmon
Macrophyll
Green onion
Prosciutto
Edamame
Salmon roe
Red beans

Instructions

1.cook ice and make Shari.
2.Remove excess oil from fried tofu and cut in half.
3.Simmer fried tofu for 20 minutes, cut other ingredients.
4.Pack the ingredients.
