  1. Stir-fried Shishito Peppers and Dried Young Sardines
    Ingredients:
    30 Shishito peppers
    20g dried young sardines (shirasu)
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    1 teaspoon red pepper powder (or to taste)
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon cooking sake
    1 tablespoon mirin
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon grated garlic
    Toasted sesame seeds (to taste)
    Instructions:
    1.Remove the stems from the Shishito peppers, wash them, and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
    2.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the Shishito peppers.
    3.Add dried young sardines to the pan and continue stir-frying.
    4.Add soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, sugar, red pepper powder, and grated garlic to the pan and stir-fry.
    5.Add toasted sesame seeds, stir briefly, and it's done!

    じゃこの炒め物 / 멸치볶음
    材料
    -ししとう30本
    -じゃこ20g
    -ごま油大さじ2杯
    -粉唐辛子小さじ1杯
    -醤油大さじ1杯
    -料理酒大さじ1杯
    -みりん大さじ1杯
    -砂糖小さじ1杯
    -おろしにんにく小さじ1杯
    -いりごま適量
    作り方
    1.ししとうのヘタを取って水洗いして、キッチンペーパーで水気を取る
    2.フライパンにごま油をひき、ししとうを炒める
    3.フライパンにじゃこを入れて更に炒める
    4.醤油、みりん、料理酒、砂糖、粉唐辛子、おろしにんにくを入れて炒める
    5.いりごまを入れてサッと炒めて完成!
